I have purchased two properties with Michael and have been impressed both times. He was knowledgeable about the properties (value, history, builder, etc.) as well as the market conditions. In both cases I believe I was able to make a very favorable deal. More importantly, Michael has not disappeared after the sale. He has been there for us for information on Big Sky, to run ideas off of, or even to check on some small things when I haven't been able to. Michael was very in tune to what we were looking for. He asked great questions and steered us to the property we eventually purchased. We love it. It was listed higher than our price range, but Michael was sure they would come down to our range. He was right and we couldn't be happier.

Michael was very pleasant to work with. We were out of town buyers and Michael spent the entire weekend with us getting us familiar with the area so we could make an informed decision. He was very, very responsive. Always picked up the phone and made numerous trips to the ultimate lot we purchased to take pictures and help with our geo tech survey. Made doing biz as an out of town buyer seemless. Only recommendation would be really more for MT realtors in general. There is probably a very crisp way to describe how mineral rights work so people can quickly understand them and move on. For a non MT resident, at first, the process was very confusing. There could probably be a pamphlet you could hand out that literally has 10 points on it which in the end say, don't worry about it. Michael helped to find me the right people though who got me to that point.
